Fresco Steak & Seafood Grill: Experience Culinary Excellence in Milltown, NJ

One of the best BYO restaurants in New Jersey. Loucas chef-owner is been in the business for more than 30 years. He knows his stuff. He is in the kitchen and everything comes out perfect. Any special request he will try to accommodate you. The menu is big and it has something for everyone. Any time we have friends visiting us we take them there. Guarantee satisfaction. It never fails. We have parties there also. Private rooms and special menus. For us when it comes to food Fresco is the place to go. Delicious food,excellent service and prices very reasonable.

This restaurant serves truly delicious food. The bread served with olive oil and garlic is a highlight—warm, crusty on the outside, and soft on the inside. I've been consistently impressed with the quality of the dishes, particularly the specials. Unfortunately, the service is a significant point of inconsistency. During a recent lunch visit, my meal was delayed due to a kitchen incident. The server did not check in or offer an apology, and my food was delivered only after my party had nearly finished eating. This was a stark contrast to a previous visit just two weeks prior, where the service was attentive and perfect (see photos of meals). Improving the consistency of the service would greatly enhance the overall dining experience.

What a great way to spend Christmas with my family!!! I have been going to Fresco's ever since they opened. 24 Years I have known Sergio and have eaten Fresco's delicious food. I have never been disappointed and you won't be also!!! The renovations they have done have made this place look so elegant and completely elevated the restaurant to a whole new level. In addition, the food while always has been delicious has also been completely elevated. They definitely hit a home run with their food and knocked it out of the ballpark for me!!! This is a great place to go for lunch or dinner with family, friends, on a date, for business meetings and special events. This place would also be a great place for a wedding reception. The staff is amazing; so friendly and attentive. I cannot say enough nice things about this restaurant and cannot wait to return!!!

A hidden gem in Milltown, NJ..... excellent atmosphere and service....definitely going back.....! Ive been to their other sister restaurant Lou Cas in Edison, highly recommend both.....

Just had an incredible lunch at the newly renovated Fresco's Restaurant. From the moment we arrived the hostess was gracious and our waitress was exceptional. We had a fabulous lunch that was prepared perfectly. The restaurant is a perfect setting for anyone wanting to host a private party. My friends and I were truly impressed.

We started off with the French onion soup (in an Italian restaurant?). It was very good. My wife had the eggplant rollatini. She thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the linguine with white clam. Somewhat of a brag here, but they made it the way I do at home, with clams in the shell, but also a nice pile of chopped clam. It was as good as what I make. Not too much of a brag, but they made it the way I like it. I've had it at many restaurants and it was delicious, but not made the way I do. We only stopped here because we had gotten a recommendation and we happened to be in the area. It was quiet - a rarity these days - and quite fancy. While the prices were a bit high, the prices were commensurate with the food quality and quantity, the service, and the atmosphere.

My boyfriend and I had dinner there tonight for his birthday....it was Fantastic!!!!!! FOOD WAS A 10, AMBIANCE-10 BUT THE STAND OUT FOR US WAS OUR SERVER. A YOUNG LADY BY THE NAME OF ADELINA.....ATTENTIVE, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE THE EXPERIENCE MEMORABLE, WHICH SHE ABSOLUTELY DID!! WEVARE PLANNING TO GO BACK AGAIN IN A FEW DAYS FOR MY OWN BIRTHDAY! BRAVO TO EVERYONE AT FRESCO'S AND A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO ADELINA!!!

Extensive menu with dinning for every taste. Everything we had was delicious. The Berkshire Double Cut Pork Chop was the best pork chop I've ever had. Highly recommend. We went for lunch for a friend's birthday. The service was perfect. Sergio was friendly, attentive and very professional. We did not feel rushed and the placing of our meals was perfect. The binder in veal chop Parm was tender and tasty and not swimming in sauce. The veal Milanese was tender, crispy and lightly breaded without being greasy. Again the pork chop was the best ever. Will definitely return
